Election has already started in some states!! America is built on the idea of democracy so make sure that your voice is heard. Let’s make sure your rights are preserved by the elected officials in Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Branches of government. Voting is important because “We the people” select elected offices to decide the quality of life that you lead and the generations to follow. Your vote can affect safety of your family; income and wages; health care; education of your children; funding for schools, taxes; existence of agencies such as postal offices; immigration; and social security benefits.
Election Day is Tuesday, November 3, 2020. Double check when the deadlines are in your state to register to vote and request an absentee ballot (if needed). Click here to check your State Vote Registration.
For California, you can visit Register to Vote. In California, if you need an absentee ballot (mail-in ballot), you will need to send in a request by October 27, 2020.
